Pronunciation Classes are offered on-the-job for 12 weeks, once a week for 2 hours. A pre- and post-assessment measures progress and identifies areas of strength and areas for further development.
Business Communications courses are customized for the needs of each workplace. Areas of instruction include: telephone and email etiquette, memo writing, business letters, meeting conduct and presentations. Communication in the business world often involves understanding cross-cultural communications. These courses also address fundamental differences in Canadian culture and other cultures of the world. Cross-cultural education can help avoid conflict and foster better understanding of workplace expectations.
Presentation Skills courses are offered on-the-job for 10 weeks, once a week for 2 hours. The classes combine oral skills development with body language, gesture and delivery. Our instructors provide the public speaking tools needed to control voice and body to project confidence. Students are video-taped to demonstrate the combined effectiveness of voice and gesture.
